Recently I have been doing a little bit of D.I.Y and creating of my own. Here is an example. The black top which was greatly inspired by my favourite designer Rick Owens was made from an old dress I had! I love things with interesting strap detailing and draping fabric. Currently It is held together with safety pins as the fastening, but im going to stock up on loads of D.I.Y equipment and get some buckles, harness bits, studs, buttons etc etc and go a little crazy with my wardrobe! The white top peeking out from underneath is also my own creation, with shredding and safety pin details and a jaggedy uneven draped hem.
I was thinking that once I get going on loads of DIY projects I might open an Etsy store or sell through ebay - which do people prefer? xxx
