Silent Shout

Wearing a vintage coat from 'English Lady', Green knit jumper dress, Vintage leather boots with legwarmers from H&M.
I know I have been posting a lot of show pictures on here recently, So I was just wondering what posts to you want to see more of on here? Outfits, Photography, Fashion shows, Candid photos, or anything else? I would be really interested to get your feedback so I can make sure the blog is always interesting for my followers! x

Iris Van Herpen @ London Fashion Week

This was by far my favourite collection of the week - Absolutely breathtaking.
Again, sorry for the photos only being of the upper half - was not in a great position for photo taking at the shows!

Jena Theo @ London Fashion Week

Just another installment of pictures..

Bora Aksu @ London Fashion Week

I loved this whole collection - The colour palette, the detail, the fabrics, the styling.. Everything was so perfect! Hope you can see just how gorgeous these pieces were through my photos!
And now an outfit post:

I got this cute loose knit jumper from a charity shop for £2.50! Wearing it with Topshop jeans, vintage boots and vintage bag.

Paul Costelloe @ London Fashion Week

So I'm going to spread my photos out on here by posting a few select photos from a designer each day. These ones are from Paul Costelloe's show, and I took all of these from behind a lot of people (was not blessed with a front row space for any!) So i do apologise for the heads in the way and the not so great angle. Hopefully it gives an idea of the clothes and atmosphere anyway...
As well as the show photos I have an outfit post too:

In this I am wearing vintage Levi cut offs, An oversized black blazer, H&M leggings, and a vintage knit jumper. A lot of this is going to be up for sale on my ebay account this week - Im having a clear out to fund some new boots I have set my heart on...!

Heartbeats

So i'm going to slowly return back to normality gradually... I am so exhausted right now and have so many pictures to edit from shows etc but thought I would update here with an outfit post from the Friday at London Fashion week.
I'm wearing biker jeans from Mango, Vest top from Rick Owens, Vintage puff shoulder cardigan, Swing jacket, Snood from American apparel, Vintage bag, Wedge boots from primark and of course a lovely fashion week press pass around my neck!
Tomorrow I will make a proper start on editing all the show pictures so I can give you all a taster of it all! x

Masquerade

This is my last post I am going to be doing for a little while now whilst im away in London for fashion week - I'm not taking my laptop with me so am going to save all my photos and tales for when i get back on the 25th.
In the meantime I'll leave you with a photo and another little video - not very good qaulity and a bit blurry but i thought it was quite interesting. It's made up of lots of photos taken at Charlie from (www.pinstripeprince.blogspot.com) birthday celebrations. It looks a little better if you enlarge it!
I love all of these people dearly!

Your Tears Are Only Alibis

The outfit - Topshop jumper, Levi's cut off shorts, vintage belt, H&M leggings.
I've been getting lots of emails or comments asking what makeup I use, and what skin products I use to keep my skin clear - So i thought I would answer you all with a post!
To be honest I don't really buy a lot of makeup, I stick to the things I know and don't spend much money at all. I'm not sure how available these brands are in other countries outside of the U.K but the ones I stick to are Rimmel, & No.7 simply because they are cost effective and work fine with my skin. Oh and I forgot to add mascara into that picture, but again I use one from Rimmel.

Sorry for the awful pictures - the lighting using the inbuilt camera on my laptop is not really the best!
In terms of skin care - I don't do anything! I think i'm just naturally blessed with good skin. My only rules are to wash off every trace of makeup before sleeping, and wash my face with an exfoliating face wash every morning.
So, thats it! If anyone has any other questions then do feel free to email me and i'll get back to you a.s.a.p.

London Fashion Week Approaches..

I got a lovely parcel full of invitations to fashion shows at London Fashion Week this morning, Exciting stuff!
Sorry I haven't really done an outfit post in a little while, I will get back on track soon! In the meantime have a look at the video I posted below... x

Stop Motion

First attempt at a stop motion video by Ebn Mars - It doesn't have a specific theme..just a mish mash of things rolled into one!

R.I.P Alexander Mcqueen

I was deeply saddened to hear of Alexander Mcqueen's death. Not only was he one of my favourite designers, but he was also one of the designers who inspired me to want a life in fashion. When carrying out my textiles projects at school he was my main inspiration and I would fill mood boards with pictures from his shows and editorials featuring his designs. I am sure he has inspired many others like me. These are just a tiny segment of some of the breathtakingly beautiful creations he has come up with over the years...

Untrust Us

Sorry for the delay in posting, I have been busy busy busy. Enjoyed a fantastic evening surrounded by friends on Saturday for my friend Charlie's birthday party, for which we had a masquerade ball! I shall post some pictures from this at some point soon...
In this post I am wearing a floral dress teamed with a denim shirt and tights along with some black suede effect wedge booties which are actually from Primark. I am usually not a fan of primark but these are exactly what I was after in terms of high heels as I can walk easily in them and they were cheap!! x

Wind In The Wires

I bought these jeans to turn into cut off shorts but they aren't quite as baggy on my waist as I had hoped so I need to buy a size or two up - These are now for sale on my ebay account as is the top, so take a look if you are interested!
I have now booked my hotel and train tickets for my trip to London Fashion Week at the end of February. Me and my friend Charles of thepinstripeprince.blogspot.com are now attending 9 shows over the week so I will be sure to take many many pics when I am there and report back. x
